Privacy Policy

This policy describes what the Forge bot and dashboard can receive, why it is used and how it is retained.

1. Information we receive

When you sign in to the dashboard with Discord, Forge receives the Discord user ID, username and the servers Discord reports you can manage. When you use a server with Forge, the bot may process Discord IDs, display names, channel and role IDs, ticket messages, order details, ratings, moderation events and configuration entered by that server's administrators.

2. Why information is used

Information is used to authenticate dashboard access, show the correct servers, create and manage tickets, notify staff, provide transcripts and logs, calculate staff statistics, publish configured panels and protect the service from abuse.

3. Storage and retention

Data is stored in the MySQL database selected by the server operator. Ticket history, transcripts, uploaded panel images and backups may remain until the operator deletes them. The owner console provides tools to remove closed ticket history. Server operators are responsible for their retention settings and backups.

4. Discord and service providers

Discord authentication and messaging are provided by Discord. The dashboard sends OAuth requests and Discord API requests to authenticate users and operate the bot. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

5. Sensitive information

Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, recovery codes, government IDs or other sensitive information to Forge tickets. If a user posts sensitive information, the server's staff should remove it and follow their own incident and retention procedures.

6. Security

Access is limited by Discord permissions and configured server roles. No online service is guaranteed to be completely secure. Keep bot tokens, OAuth secrets, database passwords and backups private.

7. Your choices

You can stop using the dashboard, revoke the application's Discord authorization in your Discord settings, or ask the server owner to remove ticket history and related records. Some records may remain in protected backups until those backups expire or are deleted.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service changes. The date below identifies the current version. For a data request about a specific server, contact that server's owner or use its support channel.
